HUDCO Executive Posts 2026 – Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility for the HUDCO executive posts is based on educational qualification, relevant post-qualification experience and age.

The CTC is made up of Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), HRA, perks and allowances, superannuation benefits and Performance Related Pay (PRP), among other components.
As stated in the notification, IDA is calculated at 55.7% of basic pay, HRA at 30%, perks and allowances at 35%, and superannuation benefits at 30% of basic pay. PRP is linked to the applicable DPE slabs and actual payment depends on individual, team and company performance.
